Pick up and delivery

You can simply book a pick-up via our mobile service, and the rest is handled by our staff. Our pick-up and delivery fee is $20 (free for orders above $120) for a window appointment, and $60 for a standard appointment at your chosen time and location.

Take Down and Rehung

We charge $60 per hour for on-site takedown and rehung.

Alterations

We also provide any kind of curtain alterations and repairs such as shortening/lengthening, joining or narrowing curtains if you require.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days but we will send you a text as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

Pricing and calculating your cleaning cost

We do not combine our prices to keep our prices as low as possible, and provide you with the best service at the best prices possible. Each service has a separate fee and you can choose which one to use.

Curtain prices are per square meter, height x width of the hemline extended:

  • Sheer/See-through $7.00 psm ( Min Per Panel $30 )
  • Standard $10.00 psm ( Min Per Panel $45 )
  • Lined $12.50 psm ( Min Per Panel $45 )

How to measure your Curtains and calculate the cost:

1. Measure the height/drop from the top of your curtain to the bottom of your curtain’s hem and document the height.

2. Measure the bottom of your curtain’s width by having hemline extended and document the width.

3. To calculate the square meter of your curtain, use this formula: Height x Width

E.g 2 (height) x 3 (width)= 6 square meter

4. To calculate the Price, first determine your curtain type to choose the right per square meter price.

Lined ( two layers ) $12.50

Shear/ See through $7

Now you can use this formula to calculate the price:

Do I need to take my curtains down before professional cleaning?
No, you don’t have to worry about the heavy lifting. Our curtain cleaning service includes taking down your curtains, professionally cleaning them, and rehanging them once the cleaning is complete. Alternatively, you can drop them off at our Belconnen or Canberra Centre locations.
Are your cleaning methods environmentally friendly?

  • Appointments - We have 2 types of appointments; standard and window appointments. Standard appointments are regular appointments at your chosen day/time. Window appointments are flexible and will be within a 2 hour time-window that you choose.
  • Payment - Invoices can be paid online before delivery or at the drop off time via Eftpos/Card or Cash to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not collect/Store any credit card details. If you are not going to be home for delivery and would like us to leave your garment at your designated area please make sure payment is made before delivery, otherwise delivery can not be made and a re-delivery fee of $25.00 will apply.
  • Re-Delivery - $25.00 surcharge will apply if you miss your delivery. We can always pick-up and drop off your items at a designated spot if you will not be home for the delivery and agree to it at time of booking.
  • Quotes - You can always contact us for quotes on orders you are not sure about.
