Type: Turnaround Time

I took my items here after visiting another tailor in the city and being told it would take 45 days to take in my skirt. Took my skirt into Opal Alterations on a Saturday and was able to pick it up on Sunday, not to mention the price was almost half of what I was quoted at the other place. The customer service is great and good quality tailoring. Will definitely only use Opal Alternations in the future and highly recommend!

My experiences with Opal Alterations have been extremely positive. They are a perfect example in what customer service should be. My items were always ready on stated time/date, the quality of alterations was excelllent and the staff are friendly and knowlegable. I highly recommend Opal Alterations.

These guys do a fantastic job, very friendly, great customer service, amazing turn around time on alterations at a very reasonable price.

Their work is really well done, if you haven’t tried them you should give them ago. I moved from a normal drycleaner to them & wouldn’t go anywhere else after seeing the quality work that comes out of there!!

They were great, making an alteration in an hour for a wedding. Have since been back – great service, really high quality work, and they get it right first time.

The service provided by Opal alterations was above excellent & more then met my expectations. My sons suit arms and legs needed to be taken up before his formal on the following Tuesday night. I dropped them in on the Saturday morning; the alterations were completed & his suit was ready to be collected on the Monday (1 day earlier then needed or expected). The alteration was professional, looked perfect & you can not tell it has been altered at all. The Customer Service here is excellent & their work is amazing. I will definitely be using them for any future alterations I require & recommend they be anyones 1st & only choice. 10 out of 10 for customer service, quality of work & 20 out of 10 for speed considering this time of year is extremely busy with School Formals and events requiring formal dress. First of all the customer service is fantastic. I was introduced to Opal from a friend to try them out. The alterations was perfect. I have been a customer ever since. I wouldn’t take any alterations to anyone else.
Again I brought my suit pants in late Saturday afternoon and I am able to pick it up Sunday morning.
