Jeff came to my house, he was very professional and helped with everything. Everyone at my brothers wedding were jealous of the quality of work and how cheap it was. As the other bridesmaids paid over $100. I will be using you again in the future.

High standard of service. They replaced the zip on my pants ($25). I asked if they were able to do it today, to which they said yes. I put in four jackets to be dry cleaned ($14each but you get 25% off if you have 3 or more). I was happy with how they all turned out.

So Tuesday morning- Melbourne Cup Need my suit jacket altered. No problem. Well priced. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much. I’ll be back!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Can’t recommend Jeff and his team highly enough! I originally went with another tailor recommended by the bridal store and when I picked up the dress it was a total disaster. Jeff and his team fitted and altered my dress perfectly in the week before my wedding, and put my mind at ease. The home visits were also great as I could do the fittings after hours.

I went to get my pants’ elasticated band fixed, which they quickly and easily did for me. Their customer service is very polite and understanding, and I was only charged $24 which I think is quite reasonable 🙂

I’ve used Opal’s alterations service on a number of occasions and I’ve always been impressed with the outcome and the quality of the result. I’d highly recommend them if you need something altered.

I took in two suit pants and whole suit (blazer and pants) to be tailored and altered. Fantastic experience overall. The shop was presented immaculately, the tailor was professional and extremely helpful in providing advice on fit and alterations, and the garments were available at the appointed time. Definitely one of the better alterations specialists in Canberra I’ve been to – would use again and recommend to others.
