We understand that cost is an important consideration for many brides, so we want to provide you with a clear idea of what to expect. Wedding dress alterations typically range from $300-$1000, depending on the complexity of the changes required. Minor adjustments may cost less, while more intricate alterations could exceed that range.

Key Considerations:

Cost estimate: For an accurate free quote, simply send us an email with photos of yourself in the dress you wish to alter, and/or a link to the gown along with description of the alterations needed (e.g., shorten the hem, take in the waist).


Personalised pricing: Based on your details, we’ll then get back to you with an estimated price for your alterations.

Bring the right shoes and undergarments: These items affect the fit and look of your gown, so please bring them to the fitting.

What to Bring for Your Fitting: For the best fitting experience, please bring the shoes you plan to wear with your dress, along with the appropriate undergarments. As these items can influence both the fit and appearance of your gown, ensuring a more accurate fitting.

Stable weight after the initial fitting: If you’re on a weight loss or gain journey, please know that it is important that your weight remains stable following your initial fitting. This ensures that the fit continues to be comfortable and fitting.

Book online: To ensure we give you the dedicated attention you deserve, our bridal alterations are available by appointment only. Please use our convenient online booking system to book your consultation with our bridal specialist

Invoice and payments: After your first fitting, we’ll email you an invoice. Payments can be made online or via EFTPOS during your final appointment.

Standard turnaround time: Expect a 5-week turnaround for alterations, with an additional 4 weeks for dry cleaning if needed.

Brides on Weight Loss/Gain Journey

 

If you’re on a weight loss or gain journey before your wedding day, additional fittings may be required, which could incur an extra fee of $80. 

Key Steps to Consider:

Initial fitting: We recommend scheduling your first fitting 5-6 weeks before your wedding to complete alterations that won’t be affected by weight changes (e.g., shortening the hem).

Final adjustments: A second fitting will be scheduled 2-3 weeks before the wedding to take final measurements and make last adjustments.

Maintaining weight: After this fitting, we recommend maintaining your weight to avoid additional charges for new services. Any changes after the final fitting will incur extra costs.

  • Pricing - Our mobile service prices are the same as in-store prices. Orders can be a combination of alterations and dry cleaning. Click Here to see our extremely competitive prices.
  • Appointments - We have 2 types of appointments; standard and window appointments. Standard appointments are regular appointments at your chosen day/time. Window appointments are flexible and will be within a 2 hour time-window that you choose.
  • Payment - Invoices can be paid online before delivery or at the drop off time via Eftpos/Card or Cash to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not collect/Store any credit card details. If you are not going to be home for delivery and would like us to leave your garment at your designated area please make sure payment is made before delivery, otherwise delivery can not be made and a re-delivery fee of $25.00 will apply.
  • Re-Delivery - $25.00 surcharge will apply if you miss your delivery. We can always pick-up and drop off your items at a designated spot if you will not be home for the delivery and agree to it at time of booking.
  • Quotes - You can always contact us for quotes on orders you are not sure about.
